摘要
介绍了长安某车型尾灯反射镜单点进胶与多点进胶两种设计方案,在相同工艺条件下使用Moldflow软件对这两种浇口方案进行填充+保压+重叠注塑填充+重叠注塑保压分析,对填充过程、注射位置压力分布、体积收缩率、熔接线进行了对比,结果发现,多点进胶方案下,填充更好、所需注射压力更小、体积收缩更均匀、但熔接线增多。最后对如何优化产品设计减少熔接线数量和改变熔接线位置的方案进行了简要介绍。
Two schemes of the single-point and multi-point gating modes for the taillight reflector of a car of Changan were introduced.Under the same process conditions,Moldflow software was used to analyze these two schemes with the processes of filling,pressure maintaining,overlapping injection filling and overlapping injection moulding.By comparing the filling process,pressure distribution of injection position,volume shrinkage rate and weld line,the results show that for the multi-point injection scheme,the filling is better,the injection pressure is smaller,the volume shrinkage is more uniform and there are more weld lines.Finally,how to optimize product design to reduce the number of weld lines and change the location of weld lines was briefly introduced.
