摘要
为了实现对微小工具的准确检测,并且确保工具检测的唯一性。提出了一种以图像识别技术为基础的工具箱管理方法;采用了SURF算法在图像识别处理中的关键技术,进行特征点的提取以及描述算子特征点特征算子的产生,然后进行特征点匹配。实验证明该方法能快速,准确的对工具箱内的五种异形工具进行分析处理,从而实现了对工具的实时智能管理,符合工程应用的要求。
In order to achieve accurate detection of tiny tools and ensure the uniqueness of tool detection. A toolbox management method based on image recognition technology is proposed;the key technology of SURF algorithm in image recognition processing is used to extract feature points and describe the feature points of the operator and the generation of feature operators, and then perform feature points match. Experiments prove that the method can quickly and accurately analyze and process five special-shaped tools in the toolbox, thereby realizing intelligent real-time management of the tools and meeting the requirements of engineering applications.
