摘要
目的评价微创瓷贴面修复上前牙美学缺陷的临床效果。方法选择2015年10月—2017年10月在河南大学赛思口腔医院修复科进行治疗的上颌前牙美学缺陷患者83例,共计139颗患牙,通过诊断蜡型,树脂罩面等术前分析设计手段来决定是否进行牙体预备,如有需要,牙体预备厚度控制在0.5 mm以内,最终采用二硅酸锂压铸玻璃陶瓷材料制作微创瓷贴面,24个月内定期复诊检查,从颜色匹配、瓷表面质地、边缘染色、边缘适合性这四个方面评价上颌前牙美学缺陷患者用微创瓷贴面修复后的临床效果。结果 24个月后,139颗微创全瓷贴面修复体,有5颗瓷贴面颜色出现了与邻牙颜色轻度不匹配。有2颗瓷贴面切端出现了不同程度的折裂。有3颗瓷贴面出现了边缘着色。结论在正确掌握了微创瓷贴面的修复技术及适应症后,微创瓷贴面在上前牙美学缺陷的临床修复中,效果令人满意,是比较理想的一种上前牙美学修复技术。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of minimal invasive ceramic veneers in the repair of the upper anterior teeth aesthetic defect.Methods In this study,it includes 139 upper anterior teeth in 83 patients with minor esthetic defect from October 2015 to October 2017.Through the analysis and design means before operation,such as the wax-up and mock-up,to decide whether to prepare teeth. If necessary,the thickness of tooth prepation shall be controlled within 0.5 mm. Finally,IPS e.max Press is used to make ultra-thin veneer,and regular follow-up inspection shall be carried out within 24 months.The clinical effect is evaluated from four aspects:color mathing、porcelain surface texture、edge dyeing and edge suitability.Results After 24 months later, five of the 139 minimally invasive all ceramic veneers did not match the color of the adjacent teeth. There are 2 pieces of ceramic veneer with different degree of fracture. There are 3 ceramic veneers with edge coloring.Conclusion After mastering the repair technology and indications of minimally invasive ceramic veneer correctly,the effect of minimally invasive ceramic veneer in the clinical repair of aesthetic defects of upper anterior teeth is satisfactory,which is an ideal aesthetic repair technology of upper anterior teeth.
