摘要
目的探讨七氟烷吸入麻醉对胃癌切除术后患者苏醒质量的影响。方法选择行胃癌切除术的全麻患者112例,根据随机数字表法把患者分为研究组与对照组,各56例。对照组给予常规静脉全麻,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予七氟烷吸入麻醉,记录2组的苏醒质量、麻醉效果与镇痛效果。结果研究组的术后6 h、24 h与48 h的疼痛VAS评分都显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、术后肛门排气时间与术后住院时间等对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的拔管时间、苏醒时间、麻醉恢复室滞留时间、复苏时间与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的苏醒延迟发生率为8.9%,对照组为7.1%,2组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论七氟烷吸入麻醉在胃癌切除术中的应用并不会影响术后苏醒质量与手术效果,且能更好地发挥镇痛效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on the quality of recovery after gastric cancer resection.Methods 112 patients with general anesthesia who underwent gastric cancer resection were enrolled and were equally divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method.The control group was given conventional intravenous anesthesia,and the study group was given sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on the basis of the control group,and the recovery quality,anesthesia effect and analgesic effect of the 2 groups were recorded.Results The pain VAS scores of the study group at 6 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative outpatient activity time,postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay compared between the 2 groups(P>0.05).There were no significant difference in the extubation time,recovery time,retention time of anesthesia recovery room,and recovery time compared between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The incidences of delayed recovery was 8.9%in the study group and 7.1%in the control group that there were no significant difference compared between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in gastric cancer resection does not affect the quality of postoperative recovery and the effect of surgery,and can better exert the analgesic effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
