摘要
稳就业是六稳之首,而高校毕业生又是稳就业中需特别关注的重点人群。当前,毕业生面临着受新冠疫情影响日趋复杂的国内外环境和严峻的就业形势,但同时又涌现出许多新产业新部门,形成了新业态,催生了很多新的就业机会。挑战与机遇并存,危机中育新机,越是复杂局面,越需要多方发力,从多角度精准施策,助力大学生稳就业。政府、高校、媒体、大学生自身都应积极创造条件,增强就业能力,拓宽就业空间,提升就业质量,在新经济新业态新职业的发展中经过磨砺获得成长。
Ensuring employment is the first of the six stabilities,and college graduates are the key population in the stable employment.At present,graduates are facing the increasingly complex domestic and international environment and severe employment situation affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,but at the same time,many new industries and new departments have emerged,forming new formats and giving birth to many new employment opportunities.Challenges and opportunities coexist.The more complex the situation is,the more efforts need to be made from multiple perspectives to help college students stabilize their employment.The government,universities,media and college students themselves should actively create conditions to enhance their employability,broaden their employment space,and improve their employment quality,so as to achieve growth in the development of new economy,new business forms and new occupations.
