摘要
本试验旨在探讨日粮添加果寡糖、菊粉及其联合使用对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质消化率及肠道菌群数量的影响。将25 d断奶、平均体重为(7.59±0.02)kg的750头仔猪随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复30头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,T1组饲喂含0.5%果寡糖日粮,T2组饲喂0.5%菊粉日粮,T3组饲喂果糖与菊粉按照2∶1的日粮,T4组饲喂果糖与菊粉按照1∶1的日粮。28 d饲养试验后测定生长性能、养分消化及回肠和盲肠菌群数量。结果:日粮添加0.5%果寡糖1~14 d料重比较对照组显著降低了11.76%(P<0.05),果寡糖和菊粉按照1∶1混合组1~28 d料重比较对照组显著降低了9.19%(P<0.05),同时该组15~28 d腹泻率较对照组显著降低了80.72%(P<0.05)。断奶后14 d时,处理组较对照组显著提高了干物质、粗蛋白质和有机物表观消化率(P<0.05)。同时仔在断奶后28 d,果寡糖和菊粉按照1∶1混合组干物质、粗蛋白质和有机物表观消化率较对照组显著提高了3.61%、6.41%和3.57%(P<0.05)。0.5%果寡糖组和果寡糖与菊粉按照1∶1混合组回肠乳酸杆菌数量较对照组显著提高了9.46%和11.96%(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加膳食纤维(果寡糖和菊粉)可以提高断奶仔猪肠道有益菌数量,进而改善生长性能。其中,果寡糖与菊粉按照1∶1添加可以有效提高断奶仔猪养分表观消化率。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with fructooligosaccharide and inulin on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and intestinal flora of weaned piglets.25 d weaned,the average weight of 7.59±0.02 kg of 750 head of piglets were randomly divided into 5 groups,each group 5 repeat,repeat every 30,the control group based diet feeding,T1 group fed with 0.5%fruit sugar diet,T2 groups,feeding 0.5%inulin T3 group fed with inulin fructose,according to the diet of 2:1,T4 group fed with inulin fructose diet according to 1:1.After feeding for 28 days,the growth performance,nutrient digestion and the number of ileum and cecum flora were measured.Results:compared with the control group,dietary supplementation with 0.5%fructooligosaccharide on day 1~14 was significantly reduced by 11.76%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,dietary supplementation with 0.5%fructooligosaccharide and inulin on day 1~28 was significantly reduced by 9.19%(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the diarrhea rate in this group on day 15~28 was significantly reduced by 80.72%(P<0.05)compared with the control group.At 14 d after weaning,the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and organic matter was significantly increased in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,on the 28th day after weaning,the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and organic matter in the mixed groups of fructooligosaccharide and inulin was 3.61%,6.41%and 3.57%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of lactobacillus ileum in the 0.5%fructooligosaccharide group and the 1:1 mixture of fructooligosaccharide and inulin group was significantly increased by 9.46%and 11.96%compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:dietary fiber(fructooligosaccharide and inulin)can increase the number of beneficial bacteria in the intestines of weaned piglets and improve their growth performance.Among them,the nutrient apparent digestibility of weaned piglets can be effectively in
