摘要 从菊芋中提取菊粉,以探讨菊粉对猪肉中3_甲基吲哚(粪臭素)的影响。试验是在基础日粮中分别添加0.25%,0.5%和1%的菊粉饲喂生长育肥猪,屠宰测定猪肉脂肪组织的3_甲基吲哚含量。结果表明,这些处理组的3_甲基吲哚含量较对照组(饲喂基础日粮)分别下降12.52%,34.37%和45.17%,其中1%菊粉组与对照组之间呈显著性差异。 The effect of inulin extracted from helianthus tuberosus on 3-methylindole in the meat of pigs was investigated. Growing and fattening pigs were fed with basal diet containing 0.25 %, 0.5 % and 1% inulin respectively. The pigs were slaughtered to determine 3-methylindole (skadole) in the adipose tissue of the pig meat. The results showed that 3-methylindole in the meat of the objects reduced by 12.52%, 34.37% and 45.17% respectively compared to the control group (fed with normal diet).
