摘要
目的比较经皮椎间孔镜手术与开放性手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月徐州矿务集团总医院骨科脊柱病区收治的46例腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据手术方式的不同分为对照组和试验组,每组23例。对照组患者给予常规的开放性手术治疗,试验组患者给予经皮椎间孔镜手术治疗,比较两组患者手术情况、手术前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及并发症发生情况。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,术后病情得到明显改善。与对照组比较,试验组患者的手术时间更短、切口长度更短、术中出血量更少、住院时间更短,且术后VAS评分、ODI评分明显改善,并发症发生率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床采用经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者可获得较好的临床效果,明显降低患者的疼痛程度。
Objective To compare the clinical effect for percutaneous foraminal endoscopic surgery and open surgery in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Forty-six cases of lumbar disc herniation admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group according to the different operation methods,23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open surgery,and the experimental group was treated with percutaneous foraminal endoscopic surgery.The operation condition,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of pain before and after operation,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results All the patients successfully completed the operation,and their condition improved significantly.Compared with the control group,the experimental group had shorter operation time,shorter incision length,less bleeding and shorter hospital stay,the postoperative pain VAS score and ODI score were significantly improved,and the incidence of complications was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of percutaneous intervertebral endoscopy to treat patients with lumbar disc herniation can achieve good clinical results and significantly reduce the pain of patients.
