摘要
当前,国有企业传统培训面临新的挑战,随着5G大范围普及,为企业数字化培训提供了良好的环境和机会,国有企业可开展数字化培训,即通过数字化人才培养、搭建电子课程体系、采用多元的运营方式和采用线上学习平台做支持等途径开展员工培训。
At present,the traditional state-owned enterprise training faces new challenges.The wide spread of 5G technology provides a good environment and opportunity for enterprise digital training.State-owned enterprises can carry out digital training,which is,through digital talent training,to set up electronic operation ways of curriculum system,using multivariate and ways such as online learning platform for support to carry out staff training.
