不同脂肪酸组成脂肪粉对奶牛产奶性能、乳品质及养分利用率的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为研究不同脂肪酸组成的脂肪粉对奶牛产奶性能、乳品质及养分利用率的影响,本试验选择泌乳天数、胎次、产奶量相近的的健康泌乳奶牛160头,随机分为4个处理组,每组奶牛40头。试验1、2、3组每头奶牛分别在基础日粮中添加100 g/d的不同脂肪酸组成脂肪粉,对照组饲喂基础日粮。预饲期7 d,试验期40 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,试验组奶牛产奶量均有一定程度的提高,其中试验1组产奶量显著提高9.17%(P<0.05);(2)添加脂肪粉有提高乳脂率和乳脂C16:0、C18:1的趋势(P>0.05);(3)添加脂肪粉对日粮蛋白质和脂肪表观消化率没有显著影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,在奶牛日粮中添加脂肪粉可以提高奶牛产奶量、乳脂率和乳脂C16:0、C18:1的含量。 This study aimed to investigate the effect of fat powders containing different fatty acids on milk performance,milk quality and nutrient utilization of dairy cows.A total of 160 healthy lactating cows with similar lactation days,parity and milk yield were randomly divided into four groups with 40 cows per group.In the experimental groups 1,2,3,each cow was supplemented with 100 g/d of different fatty acids to form a fat powder in the basal diet,while the control group was fed a basal diet.The test period lasted 40 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the milk yield of the cows in the test group was increased and the milk yield of test group 1 was significantly increased by 9.17%(P<0.05).(2)After the fat powder was added,the milk fat percentage and milk fat C16:0,C18:1 were increased,but had no significant(P>0.05).(3)The addition of fat powder had no significant effect on the apparent digestibility of dietary protein and fat(P>0.05).In summary,the addition of fat powder to the dairy cow diet could increase milk production,milk fat percentage and milk fat C16:0,C18:1 content.
