摘要
在中国新型城镇化向更高质量发展和中国人口流动出现新趋势的背景下,二代流动人口这一新生群体的规模和重要性将日益扩大,但目前学界对该群体的学术关怀还很欠缺。本文利用2016年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据,全方位、多角度、综合性地考察二代流动人口的基本样貌,系统描述该人群的多维特征。结果发现,作为流动时代中日益分化的流动世代,二代流动人口有着独特的代际特征,具有性别比偏高、多因社会原因而流动、家庭规模较大、居住安排随迁性明显、居住方式“离工厂化”和“归家庭化”、住房自有率高、就业领域逐渐扩大和职业结构不断改善、城市居留意愿强等有别于流动人口整体和新生代流动人口的鲜明特征。同时,二代流动人口亦未能突破社会结构的制约,仍延续着以农业户籍为主、由中部向东部跨省流动、就业渠道单一、就业层次不高、社会保障“双重缺失”、本地购房意愿偏低等特点,依然印刻着流动人口的“烙印”。
With the higher quality development of New Urbanization and the new trend of population mobility in China,the size of the second generation migrants is increasingly larger with increasingly great of significance,while the exsisting academic researches have not shed enough light on this group of population.Utilizing the data of 2016 Migrant Dynamic Surveillance Survey,this paper attempts to paint an overall picture of the basic characteristics of second-generation migrants in the era of urbanization and population mobility.The results suggest that the characteristics of the second-generation migrants are indeed different from those of the whole population and new generation migrants,i.e.higher sex ratio,mobility due to social reasons,large family size in the destination cites,living away from factories and with the family,with higher proportion of housing ownership,employment in wide scope,and stronger urban settlement intentions.At the same time,the second generation migrants has not been able to break through the constraints of the social structure,and continue to be a social group that are mainly with agricultural household registration from the central to the east with narrow employment channel with relatively low income,lack of social security both in their rural hometown and the city they living,and lower intention to purchase houses in the cities.The above characteristics engrave them with clear imprint of floating population.
