摘要
目的探讨临床路径在腹腔镜隐睾症患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月收取的68例隐睾症患儿作为研究对象,分成对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床路径护理,对比两组患儿家属满意度、不良事件发生情况。结果观察组患儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对腹腔镜隐睾症患儿诊疗期间采用临床路径护理,可提高患儿家属对临床护理服务质量满意度,减少不良事件发生率,促进疾病快速康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway in children patients undergoing laparoscopic cryptorchidism.Methods To select 68 cases of children patients with cryptorchidism admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given clinical pathway care to compare the satisfaction of family members and the occurrence of adverse events in the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pathway care during the diagnosis and treatment of children patients undergoing laparoscopic cryptorchidism can improve the satisfaction of the children patients'families with the quality of clinical nursing services,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and promote rapid recovery from the disease.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
