摘要
在“百万扩招”的背景下,探索“文化素质+职业技能”的考试招生办法,科学构建“职教高考”体系,是完善现代职教体系的需要,是推进高职教育质量提升的需要,是促进经济发展和产业转型升级的需要。根据ASCOT职业能力评价模型,将职业教育能力评价分为一般认知能力、跨职业工作能力和职业核心能力三个维度,在坚持“文化素质+职业技能”理念指导下,对标职业教育核心能力要求,结合生源类型差异,建立以职业能力评价为主体、“考、评、荐”三维一体的分类考核评价模式,构建现代“职教高考”制度,为全面推进职业教育现代化体制机制改革保驾护航。
Under the background of“one million enrollment expansion”,it becomes a key move to carry out the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan via exploring a new recruitment method of“Cultural Quality Courses&Technical Skills”,and constructing a scientific system of“Vocational College Entrance Examination”.According to the evaluation model of ASCOT,vocational abilities can be divided into three types:namely,general cognitive ability,cross-professional work ability and core ability.Therefore,under the concept of adopting“Cultural Quality Courses&Technical Skills”enrollment mode,aiming at the core competence requirement of vocational education and combining different sources of students,it is proposed in this thesis that a three-dimensional(Examination,Evaluation and Recommendation)classification assessment model should be established,with the vocational competency assessment as the main body;and a modern“Vocational College Entrance Examination”system is also to be set up,so as to press ahead the overall reform of vocational education system and mechanism.
