摘要
不同城市之间进行有效分工是发挥城市比较优势、提升城市生产率的关键。以成渝地区双城经济圈为研究对象,将重庆和成都作为中心城市,其他周边城市作为外围城市,测算2003—2017年成渝地区双城经济圈中心城市与外围城市之间的产业分工与功能分工,并实证两种分工对城市生产率的影响。研究发现:同为中心城市的成都和重庆与外围城市之间分工呈不同演变趋势,成都与外围城市之间的产业和功能分工都逐步上升;而重庆与外围城市之间的产业和功能分工变化很小,甚至略有下降。进一步实证分工与城市生产率的关系,发现功能分工有助于城市生产率提升,而产业分工对城市生产率并无显著影响。这意味着加快重庆融入经济圈,让中心城市与外围城市之间由产业分工走向功能分工,有助于城市生产率提升和成渝地区双城经济圈建设。
The effective division among different cities is the key to giving full play to comparative advantages of cities and improving their productivity.In this paper,Chongqing and Chengdu are regarded as central cities and other surrounding cities are regarded as peripheral cities.This paper calculates the industrial division and functional division between the central and peripheral cities of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle from 2003 to 2017 and empirically studies the impact of the two divisions on urban productivity.The result indicates that the division between central cities Chengdu and Chongqing and the peripheral cities shows different trends.The industrial and functional division between Chengdu and the peripheral cities gradually rises,while the industrial and functional division between Chongqing and the peripheral cities changes little,even slightly down.Further empirical study on the relationship between division and urban productivity shows that functional division is conducive to urban productivity,while industrial division has no significant impact on urban productivity.The conclusion of this paper means that speeding up Chongqing’s integration into the economic circle and making the industrial division between the central and peripheral city moving to the functional division can improve urban productivity and the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.
