摘要
局部放电(简称局放)是造成电气设备绝缘劣化的主要原因,当前可靠、低成本的局放检测和分析系统需求迫切。本文采用四只MEMS光纤超声传感器,研制了基于USB2.0和Labview的四通道高速采样系统,旨在多方位采集由局放产生的超声波信号并分析放电源的位置。实验结果表明:该系统较好地实现了超声信号的定位,在2 m×2 m×0.9 m空间范围内定位偏差为2 cm^5 cm,有望广泛应用于电气设备的运行状态监测。
Partial discharges(PDs)are the main causes of insulation deterioration of electrical equipments.There is an urgent need for a reliable,low-cost PDs detection and analysis system currently.In this paper,by employing four MEMS-on-fiber ultrasonic sensors,a four-channel high-speed sampling system based on USB2.0 and Labview is designed and developed to collect ultrasonic signals in different orientations generated by the PDs,as well as to analyze and locate its actual position.The results show that the system has good performance in PDs localization,whose positioning precision within 2 m×2 m×0.9 m space is 2 cm^5 cm,and is expected to be widely used for monitoring the working status of electrical equipments.
