不同土壤生态类型对西洋参锈腐病发病率和产量的影响

摘要 选择6个不同土壤生态类型栽培西洋参,比较各处理间参根锈腐病发病率和产量的差异。结果表明,各处理间参根锈腐病发病率、病情指数存在明显差异,不同土壤生态类型对西洋参锈腐病防控效应大。2龄、4龄参根锈腐病发病指标平均值与土壤速效磷含量成负相关关系,其中参根病株率与速效磷含量的相关性显著,病情指数与速效磷含量的相关性不显著。各处理间参根鲜产量、参根外观性状亦存在明显差异,不同土壤生态类型对参根鲜产量、参根质量影响大。参根的鲜产量与参根锈腐病发病率、土壤速效磷含量、土壤速效钾含量的相关性显著,其中与锈腐病发病率成负相关关系。 Six different soil ecological types were selected to cultivate Panax quinquefolium L.,and the differences in the rust rot incidence and yield of Panax quinquefolium L.among the treatments were compared.The results showed that there were significant differences in the incidence and disease index of ginseng root rust rot among the treatments,and different soil ecological types had great effects on the prevention and control of Panax quinquefolium L.rust rot.A negative correlation was found between the incidence index of ginseng root rust rot at 2nd,4th age and soil available phosphorus content.There was a significant relation between the diseased plant rate of ginseng root and the content of available phosphorus,there was no significant relation between the disease index and the content of available phosphorus.There were also significant differences in the fresh ginseng root yields and appearance traits of ginseng roots among the treatments.Different soil ecological types had great influence on the fresh yield and quality of ginseng roots.There was a significant relation between the fresh yields of ginseng roots and the incidence of rust rot,soil available phosphorus content,soil available potassium content.A negative correlation was found between the fresh ginseng root yields and incidence of rust rot.
