摘要
基于2020年新冠疫情对农业农村产生的不利影响,本文对全国共112个农机合作社进行调研,就农机合作社在疫情防控中发挥的作用,以及农机合作社在本次疫情中面临的困难进行分析。农机合作社在开展消杀作业、托管服务、宣传疫情防控知识、指导农机农业技术等方面发挥重要作用。所调研的农机合作社累计参与了消杀作业1988次,消杀面积41089万m 2,参与消杀4772人次,使用消毒液530.26 t。为促进农机合作社进一步发展,提出要对农机合作社在项目、资金扶持以及机库棚建设技术服务等方面进一步加强扶持。
Based on the adverse impact of COVID-19 in 2020 on agricultural and rural areas,this article conducted an online survey of 112 agricultural machinery cooperatives across the country to systematically examine the role of agricultural machinery cooperatives in the prevention and control of the epidemic,and the difficulties faced by agricultural machinery cooperatives in this outbreak The analysis pointed out the important role of agricultural machinery cooperatives in the normal prevention and control of epidemic situations.Agricultural machinery cooperatives have killed 1988 times,with an area of 41.089 million square meters,participated in thesterilization of 4772 people,and used a total of 530.26 tons of disinfectant.Finally,it is proposed to continue to strengthen the support for the projects,financial support,hangar construction and technical services that the agricultural machinery cooperatives hope to obtain.
