摘要
农机合作社作为新型农业经营主体经历了10多年快速发展,已经成为农业机械化的重要组织载体和农业生产的主力军,进入更加注重质量提升的新阶段。从农机合作社规范化建设内部因素出发,利用层次分析法构建规范化建设的影响因素指标体系,经计算得出盈余返还、合作社章程、农机具使用和带头人能力在17个影响因素中权重分别为:0.1549、0.1084、0.0782、0.0731,并从规范引导、培训宣传、打造品牌等方面提出农机合作社规范化建设的对策建议。
As the new agricultural management entity,agricultural machinery cooperatives have developed rapidly for more than 10 years,they become main organization carrier of agricultural mechanization and main force of Agricultural production,enter into a new phase that quality improvement was deeply concerned.From internal factors of agricultural machinery cooperatives normative construction,this article establishes Influencing factors index by analytic hierarchy process.The result shows that the weights of surplus distribution,regulations,agricultural machinery using and leaders ability among 17 factors are 0.1549,0.1084,0.0782 and 0.0731,respectively.So that reasonable suggestions such as normative guidance,training and publicity,branding were provided to promote agricultural machinery cooperatives normative construction.
