摘要
针对目前常用的矿物油基解卡剂对环境污染严重的问题,在矿物油解卡剂配方的基础上,采用植物油作为基液,通过进一步优化乳化剂的种类和加量、有机土加量、油水比等,研制了稳定性强、流变性优良、滤失量低的植物油解卡剂。研制的植物油解卡剂基本配方的破乳电压为585 V,塑性黏度为29 mPa·s,动切力为14 Pa,滤失量为6.4 mL。该植物油解卡剂配方具有优良的抗温稳定性,解卡速度快,老化后性能变化小,泥饼浸泡90 min即可达到良好的破裂效果,且环保性能优良,生物毒性大于100000 mg/L,无毒满足环保要求。
In consideration of the severe environment contamination caused by the mineral oil based stuck freeing spotting fluid that is widely used currently,a vegetable oil stuck freeing spotting fluid that has high stability and good rheological property was developed with vegetable oil as the base fluid by optimizing the kind and addition amount of emulsifier,the addition amount of organic soil,and the oil-water ratio,etc.The emulsion-breaking voltage,the plastic viscosity,the yield value,and the filter loss of this basic vegetable oil stuck freeing spotting fluid formulation are 585 V,29 mPa.s,14 Pa,and 6.4 mL respectively.This vegetable oil stuck freeing spotting fluid has high thermal stability,the unfreezing is rapid when it is used,and its properties change little after being aged.Good breakdown effect can be achieved after immersing mud cake in it for only 90 min.It has excellent environment protection property,its biological toxicity is 100000 mg/L indicating that it is nontoxic and can satisfy environment protection requirement.
