摘要
在钻井过程中,卡钻是比较常见的井下复杂情况,钻杆遇卡可以施加扭矩,快速上下活动,反循环冲洗,泡酸泡解卡剂,倒扣反丝等多种处理方式,但是由于套管的特殊性,套管遇卡处理方式比较单一,在东胜气田JPH-17井施工中发生了一次下套管遇卡,遇卡之后现场采用了上下活动,氯化钾静止浸泡,泡酸,泡解卡剂等方式处理这起卡套管事故,最终成功解卡。通过总结事故成因,分析处理过程得失,为以后下套管施工安全提出警示。
In the process of drilling,Sticking is the most common downhole complications.While drill pipe stuck,it has a variety of treatment,such as applying torque,,reverse cycle flushing,adding acid and solution card.But due to the particularity of the casing,the treatment of the case sticking is relatively simple.The JPH-17 well in the Dongsheng Gas Field had a case sticking,then scene took the way of moving up and down,potassium chloride immersionto,soaking acid and solution card to deal with the accident,finally removed the sticking.This paper summarizes the cause of the accident,analysis and treatment process,in order to make a warning for the safety of descend casing afterwards.
