摘要
针对水平井套管下入过程中的摩阻问题,使用有限元数值模拟计算方法,分析了二维平面状态下套管下入过程中与井壁的接触情况。结果表明,套管下入过程中与井筒内表面并非均匀接触,接触压力(摩擦力)较大区域主要是在造斜段,包括造斜段起始、中间及结束点附近,直水平段与井壁接触压力分布较均匀,管端部位的接触压力大于其他部位的接触压力。
To analyze the friction of casing run-in,2D FEA method was used and the contact between casing and borehole surface was studied.The results show that the distribution of contacts are non-uniform and five areas with larger contact pressure or friction are located around the deflecting section,including initial,intermidiate and end points.The contact pressure is uniformity along the horizontal hole and there is a concentration at the end of casing.
