摘要
当前,复合型保密专业人才的培养过程中,存在着课程体系设置不适应复合型人才需求,没有形成稳定的保密专业教师队伍,与实务部门合作机制不畅通以及教学方法缺乏创新性等问题。针对这些问题,可以从以下几方面采取改进措施:完善保密专业课程体系,探索研究形成稳定的保密专业师资队伍,加强与保密实务部门的合作,创新保密专业教学方法。
At present,there are some problems in the training process of compound confidentiality professionals,such as the curriculum system which does not meet the needs of compound talents,no stable teaching team for training confidentiality professionals,the unsmooth cooperation mechanism with practical departments,and lack of innovation in teaching methods.In view of these problems,we can take improvement measures from such aspects as improving the curriculum system of confidentiality major,exploring the formation of a stable confidentiality professional teaching staff,strengthening the cooperation with the practical confidentiality departments,and innovating the teaching methods of confidentiality major.
