摘要
目的研究普外科护理管理中运用人性化护理的应用效果。方法1178例患者均为本院普外科2019年1月~2020年5月收治。经随机、单盲法平均分成两组,对照组及观察组各589例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人性化护理干预。观察两种护理对策的临床应用效果。结果观察组并发症总发生率为2.38%,低于对照组的4.75%(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗依从性、满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护患纠纷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后SAS评分及SDS评分均有较大降低,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将人性化护理应用在普外科护理管理中,可有效提升患者配合度,改善患者不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,保证预后。
Objective To research the application efficacy of humanized nursing in nursing management of department of general surgery.Methods A total of 1178 patients were admitted to the department of general surgery of our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=589)and the observation group(n=589)according to the single blind method.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with humanized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The clinical application efficacy of two nursing strategies were observed.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group(2.38%)was lower than 4.75%in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).SAS score and SDS score of the patients in the observation group after nursing were greatly reduced,which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in nursing management of general surgery can effectively increase patients'cooperation,improve patients'unhealthy emotion,reduce the incidence of complications and ensure the prognosis.
