摘要
中国于20世纪80年代开始引进德国“双元制”职业教育模式,也一直在探索适合中国特色的“双元制”职业教育。文章介绍了中德诺浩引进德国汽车职业人才的“双元制”培养模式,通过精品班设置,采用“理实一体化”教学方式,是中外合作办学的典范,是校企合作办学的创新。
China began to introduce the German"dual system"vocational education model in the 1980s.We have been exploring the"dual system"vocational education suitable for Chinese characteristics.Sino-German Nuohao introduces the"dual system"training model of German automotive professionals.It is a model of Sino-foreign cooperative education and an innovation in the cooperation between schools and enterprises by using the setting of high-quality classes and the"integration of theory and practice"teaching methods.
