摘要
为解决现有技术存在不能够自动置换汽车内部的温度和降低温度耗能过高的缺陷,并节约材料、提高材料利用率,达到节约能源,环保高效的目的,文章针对汽车内饰件目前存在的问题进行了分析,并对现有的汽车内饰件的复合材料进行了选型。然后对汽车内饰件复合材料的参数进行分析,得出合理汽车内饰材料的特性曲线。结果表明,选择的汽车内饰复合材料符合汽车使用要求指标,其性能经济可靠,为商务车、MPV小型客车等车型等汽车内饰材料的选型和分析提供了理论指导和数据支持。
In order to solve the defects of the prior art that it cannot automatically replace the temperature inside the automobile and reduce the temperature and the high energy consumption,and save materials,improve the utilization rate of materials,and achieve the goals of energy saving,environmental protection and high efficiency,this article analyzes the current problems of automotive interior parts,and selects the existing composite materials of automotive interior parts.Then analyze the parameters of composite materials for automotive interior parts,and obtain a reasonable characteristic curve of automotive interior materials.The results show that the selected automotive interior composite material meets the require-ments for automotive use,and its performance is economical and reliable.It provides theoretical guidance and data support for the selection and analysis of automotive interior materials such as commercial vehicles and MPV minibuses.
