摘要
通常真空环境下的低温等离子体被用来对涤纶织物表面改性,为了更为有效、批量地改性涤纶织物,自行研制常压介质阻挡放电连续处理装置,在不同气体(Ar,N2-Ar,O2-Ar)环境下分别对涤纶进行表面改性处理。测试了接触角、毛细效应、衰减时间和色差值,并拍摄了扫描电镜照片。结果表明,经常压低温等离子体处理的涤纶织物,其染色性能、表面润湿性能和抗静电性能都得到改善。
Cold-plasma induced under vacuum conditions is usually applied to the surface modification of polyester fabrics. In order to achieve more effective and batch treatment of polyester fabrics, a continuous plasma treating system using dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) at atmospheric pressure is developed by researchers and the modification of polyester fabrics was carried out with the system in different gas environment, i.e., Ar, N2-Ar, O2-Ar respectively. The contact angle, wicking effect, decay time and color differences of the treated fabric were tested and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images were obtained. It was found that the wettability, antistatic property and dyeability of the treated fabric were significantly improved.
