摘要
目的探讨米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月我院收治的子宫肌瘤患者84例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各42例,对照组应用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,研究组应用米非司酮治疗。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、治疗后的子宫体积以及子宫肌瘤体积。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组子宫体积、子宫肌瘤体积均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者使用米非司酮治疗后,子宫体积以及子宫肌瘤体积明显减小,可以促进患者恢复,临床症状消失,治疗效果显著,因此,米非司酮对子宫肌瘤有抑制作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mifepristone in treating hysteromyoma.Methods A total of 84 patients with hysteromyoma admitted to and treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=42)and the study group(n=42)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule,while the study group was treated with mifepristone.The effective rates of treatment,uterine volumes and hysteromyoma volumes after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The uterine volume and hysteromyoma volume in the study group were both smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After using mifepristone to treat patients with hysteromyoma,the volumes of uterus and hysteromyoma were obviously reduced,which can promote the recovery of patients and clinical symptoms disappearance with remarkable treatment efficacy.Therefore,mifepristone has inhibitory effect on hysteromyoma,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
