摘要
目的探讨造血干细胞移植患者自我效能及社会支持在乐观与心理韧性之间的链式中介效应。方法采用便利抽样法,使用一般资料问卷、心理韧性量表、生活定向测验修订版、一般自我效能感量表、多元领悟社会支持量表于2018年5月~2019年5月对中国科学技术大学附属第一医院造血干细胞移植病房门诊就诊的228例造血干细胞移植患者进行问卷调查。结果相关分析显示,乐观与心理韧性、自我效能感、社会支持两两之间呈正相关(P<0.01)。中介模型检验显示,乐观对心理韧性的直接效应显著,直接效应值为0.13,乐观倾向通过自我效能-社会支持的链式中介作用也显著,间接效应值为0.06。结论自我效能、社会支持在造血干细胞移植患者乐观倾向与心理韧性间起链式中介作用。
Objective To investigate the chain mediation effect of self-efficacy and social support between optimism and psychological resilience in patients treated with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods A total of 228 patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation admitted to the outpatient department of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation ward in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from May 2018 to May 2019 were investigated with general data questionnaire,psychological resilience scale,revised version of life orientation test,general self-efficacy scale and multiple perceived social support scale according to the convenience sampling method.Results Correlation analysis showed that optimism was positively correlated between psychological resilience,self-efficacy and social support respectively(P<0.01).The mediation model test showed that optimism had a significant direct effect on psychological resilience,with a direct effect value of 0.13.Optimistic tendency was also mediated by the chain of self-efficacy and social support,with an indirect effect value of 0.06.Conclusion Self-efficacy and social support play a chain mediation effect between optimistic tendency and psychological resilience of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
