摘要
在自贸试验区基础上继续探索建设自贸港,表明我国坚持参与和引领经济全球化的基本立场。为应对当前经济全球化遭遇前所未有的新挑战和增强国际经贸规则话语权,自贸港建设应加大“压力测试”难度,积累防范风险的有益经验。作为中国自贸试验区的源发地,上海探索创建自贸港具有一定的先行先试优势,这为带动上海和长三角区域经济发展,打造产业体系更优、营商环境更好、示范作用更强的开放新高地具有重大战略意义。
To continue exploring the construction of a free trade port on the basis of the Pilot Free Trade Zone demonstrates China’s basic position of adhering to participation and leadership in economic globalization.In order to cope with the unprecedented new challenges of economic globalization and enhance the right to speak out on international economic and trade rules,the construction of the FTZ should increase the difficulty of the“stress test”and accumulate useful experience in risk prevention.As the birthplace of China’s Pilot Free Trade Zone,Shanghai has the advantage of exploring the establishment of a free trade port,which is of great strategic significance for driving the economic development of Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region and creating a new open highland with a better industrial system,a better business environment and a stronger demonstration role.
