摘要
阐述基于互联网、信息技术发展的自贸区人才工作的现状、存在的问题,提出人才政策、引才活动、人才培养、人才评价等有关人才队伍建设的对策,从而加快加快广西自贸区的发展。
TThis paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of talent work in the free trade zone based on the development of Internet and information technology,and puts forward countermeasures for talent team construction such as talent policy,talent introduction activities,talent training and talent evaluation,so as to speed up the development of Guangxi free trade zone.
