摘要
目的探讨电动三维滚轮在不同机型飞行员前庭功能稳定性训练中的可行性。方法分别对战斗机组、直升机组、轰炸机和运输机组飞行员各20人进行三维滚轮训练。通过使用血压计、飞行生理参数记录检测仪记录训练过程中心率、血压、体温和呼吸的变化情况,同时记录试验前后植物神经症状,并按照前庭反应分级标准进行评定。结果组内比较结果显示,与测试前比较,不同机型飞行人员在测试中心率均显著增加(P<0.01);不同机型飞行员舒张压差异无统计学意义;直升机、运输机和轰炸机组飞行员在测试后的收缩压均增高(P<0.05),而战斗机组飞行员收缩压差异无统计学意义;不同机型飞行员测试中和测试后体温较测试前显著增高(P<0.01);运输机与轰炸机组在测试中的呼吸频率加快(P<0.05)。组间比较结果显示,除运输机组与战斗机组在呼吸率方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),各机组间飞行员心率、收缩压、舒张压和体表温度,在测试前后差异无统计学意义。战斗机组、直升机组、运输机组和轰炸机组飞行员前庭反应分级合格率分别为100%、95%、85%和90%。结论三维滚轮在不同机种飞行人员的前庭功能稳定性训练中均表现出了可靠、安全的性能,可在飞行人员群体中进行推广使用。
Objective To explore the feasibility of 3D gyro wheel in the stability training of vestibular function of pilots of different aircraft.Methods Eighty pilots were subjected to 3D gyro wheel training,including twenty pilots of fighters,twenty pilots of helicopters,twenty pilots of bombers and twenty pilots of transport planes.The changes in the central rate,blood pressure,body temperature and respiration in the process of training were recorded by using a sphygmomanometer and a flight physiological parameter recording detector.The symptoms of autonomic nerves before and after the test were recorded and evaluated by the vestibular response grading standard.Results The comparison results within the group showed that heart rate of flight personnel for different types of planes increased significantly after the test(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the diastolic pressure of pilots of different models.Systolic blood pressure was significantly increased among pilots of helicopters,transport planes and bombers(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in systolic blood pressure of pilots of fighters.The body temperature of these pilots was significantly increased(P<0.01),and the respiratory frequency of pilots of transport planes and bombers was significantly accelerated during the test(P<0.05).A comparison between the four groups showed that there was difference in respiratory rate between the pilots of transport planes and those of fighters(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the pilots'heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure or body surface temperature before and after the test.The grading rates of vestibular reaction of combat crews,helicopter crews,transport crews and bombing crews were 100%,95%,85%and 90%,respectively.Conclusion 3D gyro wheel has shown reliable and safe performance in the vestibular functional stability training of crews of different types of aircraft.
