前庭习服针对性训练对前庭功能稳定性的影响 被引量:10

The effect of special physical training aimed at vestibular habituation on the stability of vestibular function

摘要 目的探讨有针对性的体育训练对前庭功能稳定性的影响。方法对招飞体检中同地区4385名受检学生进行Coriolis加速度耐力检测,将检测结果按“体训”与“未体训”分组统计,进行对比分析。结果体训组学生淘汰率为2.4%,未体训组学生淘汰率为4.2%,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。体训组学生前庭功能的稳定性明显好于未体训组学生。结论经常性、有针对性的旋转练习可使个体产生前庭习服,增强前庭功能的稳定性。 Objective To investigate the physical training aimed at vestibular habituation on the stability of vestibular function. Methods Coriolis test was performed in 4385 student cadet candidates from same area, in which 624 underwent special physical training aimed at vestibular habituation for 3 years (training group), and the rest 3761 candidates didn't (non-training group). Test results of 2 groups were compared and analyzed. Results Fifteen out of 624 (2. 4%) candidates of training group were disqualified, while in non-training group 159/3761 (4.2%) candidates were disqualified. The difference between disqualification rates of two groups was significant. Conclusions Special physical training aimed at vestibular habituation can enhance the stability of vestibular function.
