摘要
工业应用软件作为智能制造的关键领域之一,近年来其技术与形态均发生了较大变化.人工智能等新一代信息技术在工业软件领域的深入应用、传统的单一生产方式向服务为主的方式转化、工业App成为主要开发形态,三者一起"催化"了工业应用软件的技术体系、开发模式等方面快速发生变化.从适应上述三者对人才需求新变化的视角,提出了工业应用软件人才在专业知识与能力上呈现"跨界复合"的特征,在综合职业素养上呈现"跨界多元协作"的核心特征.人才核心特征的提出,为明晰职教本科工业软件相关人才培养规格与定位提供了有力支撑.
As one of the key fields of intelligent manufacturing,the technology and form of industrial application software have changed greatly in recent years.The in-depth application of new generation information technology such as artificial intelligence in the field of industrial software,the transformation from traditional single production mode to service-oriented mode,and industrial app’s becoming the main development form have"catalyze"the rapid changes in the technical system and development mode of industrial application software.From the perspective of adapting to the new changes of talent demand of the above three,it is proposed that the industrial application software talents present the characteristics of"cross-border compound"in professional knowledge and ability,and the core characteristics of"cross-border and multi-dimensional cooperation"in the comprehensive professional quality.The core characteristics of talents provide a strong support for clarifying the training specifications and positioning of industrial software related talents in vocational undergraduate education.
