干旱及复水对‘紫叶红花芋’干物质及氮、磷、钾积累和分配特征的影响 被引量:2

The Effects of Drought Stress and Rehydration on Characteristics of Accumulation and Translocation of Dry Matter and Mineral Elements of‘Ziyehonghuayu’

摘要 以贵州主栽品种‘紫叶红花芋’为材料,通过盆栽试验,研究了干旱及复水条件下,干物质以及N、P、K积累及分配的变化规律,以期为‘紫叶红花芋’干旱条件下的高效栽培提供理论依据。结果表明,干旱胁迫显著降低了‘紫叶红花芋’根茎、茎和叶中干物质积累及植株对N、P、K的吸收和积累,增加了根中干物质积累及分配。干旱条件下,产量器官根茎的矿质元素和干物质积累受影响最大;3种矿质营养中,N的降幅最大,K次之,P受影响最小。干旱胁迫条件下,N和K在叶片和根系中分配比例增加,P在根、茎和叶中的分配比例均有增加,而三者在根茎中的分配却持续降低。‘紫叶红花芋’叶片的复水恢复效果最好,但复水7 d对根茎几乎无正向补偿效应。 In this paper,the‘Ziyehonghuayu’(Canna edulis cv‘Ziyehonghuayu’),a traditional cultivar of edible canna,was studied to explore its the accumulation and translocation characteristics of dry matter and mineral elements(N,P and K)under drought stress and rehydration,in order to provide theoretical reference for its efficient water-saving cultivation.The results showed that drought stress significantly suppressed C.edulis growth,decreased both dry matter accumulation of rhizomes,stems and leaves,and the uptake and accumulation of N,P and K,while dry matter accumulation in the root was increased by drought.For different organs,the effect was the greatest impact on the rhizomes.Among three mineral elements,N has the largest drop,followed by K,and P has the smallest impact under drought stress.At the same time,the distribution ratio of N and K in leaves and roots was increased by drought,and that of P in roots,leaves and stems was all raised as well,but the distribution ratio of the three mneral elements in rhizomes was declined dramatically.In summary,the rehydration effect on the leaf of C.edulis was the best,but rehydration for 7 d had almost no positive compensation effect on rhizome.
