摘要
目的观察孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月本院收治的70例哮喘患儿为研究对象,依据双盲法分为两组,各35例。一般组接受布地奈德气雾剂治疗,治疗组接受孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗前,两组患儿气道功能比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,治疗组患儿TEF25%、TEF50%及FEV1/FVC水平优于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿治疗总有效率为94.29%,高于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿AT-Ⅲ、C3、EOS水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组患儿AT-Ⅲ、C3、EOS水平优于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论较单一糖皮质激素布地奈德气雾剂治疗,孟鲁司特联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗小儿哮喘,可有效提高气道功能,提升治疗有效率,改善相关生化指标。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with budesonide aerosol in treating children with asthma.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019,70 asthmatic children admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects and they were divided into two groups according to the double-blind method,with 35 cases in each group.The general group was treated with budesonide aerosol,while the treatment group was treated with montelukast combined with budesonide aerosol.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance difference in airway function between the two groups.After treatment,The levels of TEF25%,TEF50%and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were better than those in the general group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment for children in the treatment group was 94.29%,which was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the levels of AT-Ⅲ,C3 and EOS between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of AT-Ⅲ,C3,and EOS in the treatment group were better than those in the general group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single glucocorticoid budesonide aerosol treatment,montelukast combined with budesonide aerosol in the treatment of children with asthma can effectively improve the airway function,improve the treatment efficiency,and improve the related biochemical indicators.
