摘要
目的探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月东平县人民医院收治的86例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与实验组,每组各43例。参照组采用布地奈德治疗,实验组采用孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组日间喘息频率、夜间喘息频率、肺功能指标、炎症因子水平、T淋巴细胞亚群与自然杀伤(NK)细胞水平。结果治疗后,实验组日间喘息与夜间喘息频率均低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气流量峰值水平均高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-7水平均低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组T淋巴细胞亚群与NK细胞水平均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特联合布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果确切,可有效缓解患儿临床症状,改善肺功能、炎症因子水平、T淋巴细胞亚群与NK细胞水平,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Montelukast combined with Budesonide in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods A total of 86 children with asthma admitted to Dongping People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Budesonide,and the experimental group was treated with Montelukast combined with Budesonide.The frequency of wheezing during the day,the frequency of wheezing at night,the lung function indexes,the levels of inflammatory factors,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and natural killer(NK)cells were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the frequency of wheezing during the day and at night in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4,interleukin-6 and interleukin-7 in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast combined with Budesonide has the definite clinical effect in the treatment of children with asthma,which can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve lung function,inflammatory factor levels,T lymphocyte subsets and NK cell levels,and is worthy of promotion and application.
