摘要
为充分发展我国自有深水铺管装备能力,对"海洋石油201"(HYSY201)铺管船用于陵水17-2气田深水钢悬链立管(SCR)S-Lay铺设的可行性进行了研究。以外径323.9 mm的SCR为例,采用有限元软件OrcaFlex就SCR起始、正常和终止铺设等3个阶段进行了静态分析,并基于静态分析结果选择对应的关键步骤进行了动态分析,评估了SCR最大顶部张力、上弯段和悬垂段的最大应变、托管架滚轮最大支反力等,进而判断HYSY201可否用于陵水17-2气田SCR的铺设。结果表明,HYSY201可用于陵水17-2气田外径不大于323.9 mm的SCR的铺设作业,但是无法用于外径为457 mm的SCR铺设作业,需要使用其他更高能力的S-lay铺管船或J-lay铺管船完成铺设。本文研究结果为陵水17-2气田深水SCR铺管船的选择及铺设方法的确定提供了重要的参考依据,具有实际工程指导意义。
In order to fully develop the capability of China’s own deep water pipe laying equipment,the feasibility of using"Hai Yang Shi You 201"(HYSY201)pipelaying vessel to lay deep water steel catenary riser(SCR)with S-lay method in LS17-2 gas field was studied.Taking the SCR with outer diameter of 323.9 mm as an example,static analysis of SCR was carried out for initial,normal and final laying stages by using the finite element software OrcaFlex.Based on the static analysis results,corresponding key steps were selected for dynamic analysis.The Max.tension at the top of SCR,the Max.strain of the bending section and sagbend of SCR,and the Max.support reaction force of stinger roller were evaluated to judge whether HYSY201 can be used for laying SCR in LS17-2 gas field.The results show that HYSY201 can be used for laying the SCR with outer diameter of no more than 323.9 mm,but it can not be used for laying the SCR with outer diameter of 457 mm,in which case S-lay vessels or J-lay vessels with higher capacity should be used.The research results of this paper provide an important reference for the selection of deep water SCR laying vessel and the determination of laying method for LS17-2 gas field,which has practical engineering guiding significance.
