摘要
目的分析PBL教学模式联合临床路径在肝胆外科临床教学中的应用。方法选取我医院肝胆外科见习生(60例),见习生收取时间在2019年3月—2019年6月,随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组30例见习生实施PBL教学模式,对照组30例见习生实施常规教学模式。并且对观察组30例见习生发放调查问卷。结果观察组肝胆外科见习生的考核成绩(93.47±1.31)分、教学满意度(92.32±1.22)分高于对照组见习生(P<0.05)。学生调查问卷结果显示PBL教学圆满完成见习任务(93.3%)。结论通过将PBL教学模式应用到肝胆外科临床教学中,能充分发挥学生的主观能动性,提高其分析问题的能力,培养其临床辨证思维,收到良好的教学效果。在肝胆外科临床教学中建立PBL教学平台将为肝胆外科教育掀开崭新的篇章。
Objective To Analysis the application of PBL teaching mode combined with clinical pathway in clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods Trainees from our hospital for hepatobiliary surgery(60 cases)were selected.The trainees were collected from March 2019 to June 2019,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Thirty students in the groupimplemented the PBL teaching mode,and 30 students in the control group-implemented the conventional teaching mode.Questionnaires are also distributed to trainees.Results The scores of apprentices in hepatobiliary surgery in the observation group(93.47±1.31)and teaching satisfaction(92.32±1.22)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the student questionnaire showed that the PBL teaching successfully completed the probation task(93.3%).Conclusion Applying PBL teaching model to the clinical teaching of Hepatobiliary Surgery can fully display students’subjective initiative,increase problem analysis ability of students,cultivate students’clinical dialectical thinking and have good teaching effect.To establish a PBL platform in clinical teaching of hepatobiliary surgery will provide hepatobiliary surgery education with a new chapter.
