摘要
目的探讨教育生态学视角下微课在《病理学与病理生理学》教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年2月—8月班级上一学年专业课程成绩等级中等及以上学生128名作为对象,随机分为对照组(n=64)和观察组(n=64)。对照组采用传统教学方法教学,观察组在对照组基础上基于教育生态学视角下微课教学,两组均完成20学周教学,比较两组教学质量、学生学习积极性及教学效果。结果观察组带教后20学周教学态度、课堂氛围、师生交流、课堂安排、参考材料的选用及教学水平评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组20学周课前准备积极性、自主学习、团队协作、发现及解决问题能力及对专业知识表达评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组20学周团队协作能力、病理诊断分析、教学质量、教学内容及教学形式满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论教学生态学视角下微课用于《病理学与病理生理学》教学中能提高临床教学质量,能有效的提高学生学习积极性,获得良好的教学效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of micro-lecture in the teaching of pathology and pathophysiology from the perspective of ecology of education.Methods From February 2019 to August 2019,128 students with intermediate or above grades in professional courses were selected as subjects,and randomly divided into control group(n=64)and observation group(n=64).The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods.The observation group was taught by micro-lecture from the perspective of ecology of education on the basis of the control group.Both groups completed 20-week teaching.Compare the two groups’teaching quality,students’learning enthusiasm and teaching effect.Results The teaching attitude,classroom atmosphere,communication between teachers and students,classroom arrangement,selection of reference materials and teaching level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s 20-week pre-class preparation enthusiasm,self-directed learning,teamwork,ability to discover and solve problems,and professional knowledge expression scores were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,after 20-week teaching,the team cooperation ability,disease diagnosis and analysis,teaching quality,teaching content and teaching form satisfaction were all higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion From the perspective of pedagogical ecology,the application of micro-lecture in the teaching of pathology and pathophysiology can improve the quality of clinical teaching,effectively improve students’learning enthusiasm,and obtain good teaching results.
