肉苁蓉保健食品的开发及相关专利分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析我国肉苁蓉保健食品的注册现状以及肉苁蓉及肉苁蓉保健食品相关专利的分布特点,为新的保健食品的研发提供参考。方法收集国家药品监督管理局网站公布的肉苁蓉保健食品信息和国家知识产权局公开的肉苁蓉相关专利信息,以Excel软件、anaconda3+pycharm环境下的Apriori关联规则算法和国家知识产权局政务服务(SIPO)平台对产品开发情况和专利分布特点进行分析。结果肉苁蓉保健食品数量少,保健功能结构不均衡,特点不突出,还有很大的挖掘空间。肉苁蓉在医药和保健领域的应用以助消化药和强筋健骨为主。在保健食品领域的应用研究呈上升趋势,2012年开始有较为明显的提升,涉及的保健功能同现有保健食品一样,以缓解体力疲劳和增强免疫力占比最大,并涉及抗氧化、通便和辅助改善记忆等15种保健功能。结论肉苁蓉保健食品的研发除了以传统用药为依据,还应充分参考现代药理学和药物化学研究结果,突出肉苁蓉的特点,以获得功效成分明确、安全可靠和质量可控的保健食品。 Objective To analyze the healthy food development status and the patent distribution characteristics of Cistanche,to provide references for new healthy food development.Methods Information of registered healthy food and patent related to Cistanche were collected from the National Medical Products Administration website and the State Intellectual Property Office.The registered healthy food development status and the patent distribution characteristics were analyzed by Excel software,Apriori algorithm and SIPO platform.Results The registered healthy foods of Cistanche are few in number,uneven in function structure,not prominent on the characteristics,so there is still a huge room for excavation.The patents related to medicine and health care applications of Cistanche are mainly focused on digestive medicine,strong muscle and bone.And the application researches in the healthy food field of Cistanche increased,especially since 2012.The healthy function involved is same as the existing healthy foods,which can relieve physical fatigue and enhance immunity,and involves 15 healthy functions including anti-oxidation,defecation and assisting memory improvement.Conclusion The healthy food development of Cistanche should be in accordance with traditional medicine habit,and also refer to the modern pharmacology and pharmacochemistry research results,highlight the characteristics of Cistanche,in order to abtain healthy food with clear functional ingredients,safe,reliable and controllable quality.
