摘要
随着人们对药食同源文化的了解与认同,药食两用方面的开发潜力尚有广阔的空间。利用智慧芽(Pat Snap)专利检索平台获取2001~2019年国内外药食同源领域专利技术,运用Excel软件对相关专利技术申请态势、重要申请人、特殊专利、IPC分布、产业布局进行了系统分析。结果表明:2001~2019年与药食同源专利申请量呈稳定发展期—缓慢增长期—快速增长期—回落期发展趋势;申请数量最多的国家分别为中国、韩国、日本和美国,其中中国在数量上处于领先地位;药食同源专利申请机构以企业、个人和大专院校为主,57.65%的专利申请机构为高校和个人,成果转化能力较弱;药食同源专利技术焦点主要分布在IPC分类中的A23L33/00、A23L33/105、A23L1/29类,说明药食同源方面研究技术主要集中在营养加工、保健茶、助消化药、保健饮料等方面。提出加强产学研合作、全面发展药食同源产品的对策建议。
With people’s understanding and recognition of the culture of medicine and food homlogy,there is still a broad space for the development of dual-purpose medicine and food.The patents in the field of medicine and food homology from 2001-2019 were obtained by using Pat Snap patent retrieval platform,the situation,main applicants,special patents,IPC distribution and industrial layout were analyzed by the Excel software.The results showed that the patent application related to medicine and food homology from 2001 to 2019 showed the development trend of stable development—slow growth—rapid growth—falling back.China,South Korea and Japan had the largest number of patent applications in the field of medicine and food homology,and China was in the lead.Enterprises,personal and colleges and universities were the main applicant organization,and the latter two accounted for 57.65%.The ability of achievement transformation was weak.The patent technology of medicine and food homology focused on the IPC classification of A23 L33/00,A23 L33/105 and A23 L1/29.The research technology was mainly concentrated in nutritional processing,health tea,digestive drugs and health drink and so on.The suggestions of strengthening the cooperation between industry,university and research institute and all round developing medicine and food homologous products were put forward.
