摘要
目的分析橡皮障在四手操作的深龋治疗过程中的应用。方法将2018年1月—2019年1月在本院牙体牙髓科治疗的80例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组在治疗时用橡皮障,对照组没有用橡皮障而用棉卷隔湿。对比两组的诊疗时间、患者的满意度。结果医生在有无橡皮障的使用时所用的诊疗时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),医生对护士在有无橡皮障的使用上的配合的满意度相似。患者对使用橡皮障的满意度要高于没有使用的(P<0.05)。结论在四手操作过程中,橡皮障的应用提高了患者诊疗的舒适度,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To analyze the application of rubber barrier during four-handed operation in the treatment of deep caries.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients who were treated in the dental pulp Department of our hospital were divided into observation group and control group,40 in each group.The observation group used rubber barrier in the treatment,while the control group did not use rubber barrier but used cotton roll to separate wetness.The patients′satisfaction was compared with the doctor′s diagnosis and treatment time in the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the time of diagnosis and treatment between doctors and nurses with or without rubber barrier(P>0.05).Doctors had similar satisfaction with nurses′cooperation with or without rubber barrier.Patients were more satisfied with using rubber barrier than those who did not(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of four hand operation,the application of rubber barrier improves the comfort of patients′diagnosis and treatment,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
