摘要
目的:探讨在Ⅲ期肛裂患者的临床治疗当中,患者同时接受肛周皮瓣移植与内括约肌侧切治疗的实际效果。方法:选择某院在2017年3月~2018年1月期间收治的64例Ⅲ期肛裂患者进行分析,将其随机均分为参照组和实验组,参照组患者接受常规方案治疗,实验组患者则接受内括约肌侧切与肛周皮瓣移植联合治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗前后的疼痛情况。结果:实验组患者的治疗效果明显好于参照组,且接受治疗后的疼痛情况得到显著缓解,两组患者相关数据对比后存在明显意义(P<0.05)。结论:在Ⅲ期肛裂患者的治疗中,同时给予其肛周皮瓣移植及内括约肌侧切治疗的效果较好,该治疗方案值得在临床中推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of perianal flap transplantation and internal sphincterectomy in the clinical treatment of patients with stage Ⅲ anal fissure. Methods: Sixty-four patients with stage Ⅲ anal fissure who were admitted to a hospital from March 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into reference group and experimental group.The reference group received routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with lateral sphincter resection combined with perianal flap transplantation,then the therapeutic effects of the two groups and the pain before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group,and the pain after treatment was significantly relieved.There was significant difference between the two groups in related data(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with stage Ⅲ anal fissure,the effect of simultaneous perianal flap transplantation combined with internal sphincter lateral resection is better.The treatment plan is worthy of promotion in the clinic.
