摘要
目的探讨应用扩肛法联合中药外敷、坐浴治疗老年Ⅱ期肛裂患者的临床疗效。方法纳入2016年5月至2017年3月在本院治疗的60例老年Ⅱ期肛裂患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例。两组均行扩肛治疗,观察组联合中药外敷和坐浴,对照组扩肛后采用高锰酸钾热敷。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状改善情况及裂损愈合时间。结果观察组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组总有效率均为100%。观察组治疗后疼痛、便血及便秘评分均低于对照组和治疗前(均P<0.05)。观察组和对照组裂损愈合时间分别为(14.95±2.08)d和(17.77±2.34)d,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扩肛联合中药外敷和坐浴用于老年Ⅱ期肛裂患者具有良好的治疗效果且安全性高,适用于老年患者。
Objective To investigate the effect of anal dilatation combined with external application of Chinese medicine and hip bath in the treatment stage Ⅱ anal fissure in older patients. Methods 60 elderly patients with stage Ⅱ anal fissure treated in our hospital from May 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study subjects. They were assigned to treatment group and control group using random number table, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received the anal dilatation. In addition, the treatment group received external application of Chinese medicine and hip bath and the control group received potassium permanganate hot compress. The treatment effect, the improvement of clinical symptoms and time to healing were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of two groups was 100%. The scores of pain, hematochezia and constipation after treatment in the treatment group were lower than before treatment and those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Time to healing time was（14.95±2.08） days in the treatment group and（17.77±2.34） days in the control group, with significant between-group difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Anal dilatation combined with external application of Chinese medicine and hip bath has favorable therapeutic effect in treating older patients with stage Ⅱ anal fissure. It is safe and suitable for older patients.
