摘要
【目的】2019年北京和山西部分地区的大豆黑斑病发生严重,发病植株叶片和豆荚上产生褐色病斑,叶片上病斑连接成片、出现穿孔,最终干枯脱落,严重影响产量。为了明确引起北京和山西部分地区大豆黑斑病的病原菌种类。【方法】从发病地区采集大豆黑斑病病叶,进行病原菌的分离培养和鉴定。通过病原菌形态显微镜观测,结合致病性测定,并对病原菌DNA的ITS基因的部分序列进行测定和分析。【结果】鉴定结果明确,引起北京和山西部分地区大豆黑斑病的病原菌均为链格孢(Alternaria alternata)。【结论】该研究结果可以为大豆黑斑病的相关研究以及防治工作提供参考。
【Objective】Soybean black spot occurred seriously in some region of Beijing and Shanxi Province in 2019 and brown spots of varying shapes could be observed on leaves and bean pods of soybean plants.The lesions on the infected leaves could connect with others and sometimes even turn into holes and then lots of the infected leaves dried up and fell off,which severely affects the production of soybean plants.The purpose of this study was to identify the pathogens causing soybean black spot in Beijing and Shanxi.【Methods】Diseased leaves were collected for isolation,cultivation and identification of the pathogen causing soybean black spot in Beijing and Shanxi Province.Its morphological characteristics,pathogenicity,and partial DNA sequences of ITS gene were analyzed.【Results】The results showed that the pathogen causing soybean black spot both in Beijing and Shanxi Province was Alternaria alternata.【Conclusion】The results could provide theoretical basis for the related research and management work of soybean black spot.
