摘要
介绍了汽车灯罩壳体的结构特点,设计了普通流道与热流道相结合的潜伏浇口注射模,采用多个侧抽芯机构解决了塑件多处细节特征的脱模难题,实现了塑件的自动化生产;并对模具的浇注系统、冷却系统、脱模系统的设计要点进行了分析。经生产验证,模具结构设计合理,成型的塑件质量符合使用要求,为同类塑件的模具设计提供了参考。
The structural characteristics of the automobile lamp shell were introduced,and a threepoint gating injection mould that combines hot runner and cold runner was designed.It adopted multiple side core pulling mechanisms to effectively solve the demoulding problem of several details of the plastic part,and the automatic production of product was realized.In addition,the design points of the mould’s filling system,cooling system,and demoulding system were analyzed.After production verification,the mould structure design was reasonable,and the quality of the moulded plastic parts could meet the use requirements,which could be used as a reference for the structure of similar products.
