摘要
对带附加角结构的柱塞泵运动学进行分析,推导出上下死点偏转角、斜盘摆角和附加角的关系,并通过Pumplinx软件仿真论证了相关数学模型的正确性,最后,对某型带附加角结构的柱塞泵进行试验验证了相关结论的正确性,为带附加角结构的柱塞泵设计提供了重要参考。
Through analyze the motion features of the swash-plate with an additional angle for axial piston pump,Obtainedthe relationship between the deflection angle from top to bottom dead center,the swash-plate angle and the additional angle,and verify the correctness of the relevant mathematical model base on the Pumplinx software,finally,through the experiment verify the correctness of the related conclusions.The results can provide an important reference for design of the swash-plate with an additional angle for axial-piston pump.
