摘要
目的观察平喘颗粒配合拔罐疗法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(肺热阴虚型)的临床疗效。方法将120例患儿按照随机数字表法分为3组,综合治疗组(拔罐疗法配合平喘颗粒治疗)、平喘颗粒治疗组、对照组各40例。对3组患儿咳嗽频度、强度、咽痒、气急、潮热盗汗、大便等症状与体征评分进行统计,观察治疗前后总体疗效、中医症状与体征评分。结果治疗后,综合治疗组总有效率为85. 0%,平喘颗粒治疗组总有效率为77. 5%,对照组总有效率为75. 0%。3组治疗前后症状与体征评分比较,症状均较前改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);3组治疗后症状与体征评分比较,综合治疗组结果优于其他2组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论平喘颗粒配合拔罐疗法治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效显著,操作简单,对于临床应用及推广具有很大价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Pingchuan granule combined with cupping therapy in the treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma( yin deficiency due to lung heat type). Methods 120 children were divided into 3 groups according to the random number table,including 40 cases in the comprehensive treatment group( cupping therapy and antiasthma tic granule treatment group),40 cases in the Pingchuan granule treatment group,and 40 cases in the control group. The overall efficacy before and after treatment,and to quantify the grading score of TCM syndrome was observed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 85. 0% in the comprehensive treatment group and 77. 5% in the Pingchuan granule treatment group and 75. 0% in the control group. The scores of symptoms and signs of cough frequency,intensity,pharyngeal itch,shortness of breath,hot flashes,night sweats and stools in the three groups were calculated. The scores of symptoms and signs in the three groups before and after treatment were compared,the symptoms were all improved,and there had statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05). The results of the comprehensive treatment group were better than those of the other two groups,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion Pingchuan granule combined with cupping therapy in the treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma has a significant clinical effect,has simple operation,and is of great value for clinical application and promotion.
