摘要
对杂交水稻隆两优华占"灰质化"种子进行了分级,并对不同级别"灰质化"种子、"灰质化"种子与正常种子混合体、混合体中正常种子以及杀菌种衣剂处理"灰质化"种子后的发芽势和发芽率进行了测定与分析。结果表明,"灰质化"种子的发芽势和发芽率低于正常种子,"灰质化"等级越高,其发芽势和发芽率越低;混配后"灰质化"种子对正常种子发芽势没有显著影响,但影响发芽率,种子"灰质化"等级越高,"灰质化"种子混配比例越高,"灰质化"种子对正常种子发芽率的影响越大;种子加工企业应将出库种子"灰质化"安全用种临界比例控制在20%以下;适宜的杀菌种衣剂能提高"灰质化"种子的发芽势和发芽率。
The“grey-matter”seeds(GMS)of hybrid rice Longliangyou Huazhan were graded,and the germinating potential(GP)and germination rate(GR)of different levels of GMS,the mixture of normal seeds with GMS,the normal seeds in the mixture and the GMS treated with germicidal seed-coating agents(GSC)were determined and analyzed.The results showed that GP and GR of GMS were lower than those of the normal seeds.The higher the level of GMS was,the lower the values of GP and GR were.After mixing normal seeds with GMS,GP of the normal seeds was not significantly affected,but GR was.The higher the level of GMS or the higher the percentage of GMS in the mixture was,the greater the influence was.It is concluded that seed processing enterprises should control the percentage of GMS lower than the critical level of 20%for safe use of GMS,and appropriate GSC could be used to improve GP and GR of GMS.
