摘要
采用苗博士种衣剂对杂交早稻组合Ⅰ优974和杂交晚稻组合新香优80种子进行包衣,研究了在10%,11%,12%,13%等4个不同初始含水量和不同贮存条件下(低温和常温)杂交水稻种子发芽率和α-淀粉酶活性随贮存时间的变化。结果表明,低温和低初始水分含量有利于杂交水稻种子包衣处理后安全贮存。苗博士种衣1号包衣的Ⅰ优974种子,在常温条件下能安全贮存2-4个月,在低温、低水分条件(10%~11%)下可安全贮存1a以上;苗博士种衣2号包衣的新香优80种子,在常温条件下能安全贮存3个月,在低温、低水分(10%-12%)条件下可安全贮存8个月。
The changes with the storing periods of germination rate and α - amylase activity of the seeds of I You 974, an early hybrid rice combination, and Xinxiangyou 80, a late hybrid rice combination , which were coated with the seedcoating formulation (SCF) of "Miaoboshi" No. 1 and No. 2, respectively, were studied under the conditions of two storing temperatures (normal and low) and four initial moisture contents (IMC) of seeds before coating (10%, 11%, 12% and 13%). The results showed that low storing temperature and lower IMC were favorable to the safe storage of seeds after Coating treatments. The seeds of I You 974 coated with "Miaoboshi" No. 1 could be safely stored for two to three months under normal temperature conditions and for more than one year under low temperature and lower IMC ( 10% - 11%) conditions. The seeds of Xinxiangyou 80 coated with "Miaoboshi" No. 2 could be safely stored for three months under normal temperature conditions and for more than eight months under low temperature and lower IMC (10% -12% ) conditions.
